Edinburgh hosts the biggest arts festival in the world and Pull Focus are there to capture your show. Whether it’s comedy, spoken word, theatre, magic or dance, we’re ready to capture your show. We’re only up at the fringe for a limited time this year so get in touch to book your show in now!

We know it has been a difficult period for live performance and with audiences now engaging with recorded shows online getting a recording of you show is more important than ever. Video is a great way to promote your show for touring and funding elsewhere, to offer as a crowd funding reward or just to keep as a lasting record of your cast and crew’s hard work.

Previous shows recorded at The Edinburgh Fringe have included Dr. Phil’s Health Revolution, Marcel Lucont: The Lockdown Verses, Dr. Phil: Life and Death, Tim Vine: Plastic Elvis, The Guilty Feminist Podcast, Bumper Blyton, Pottervision, Bhumi Dance Collective, Will Mars: My Life’s A Joke, Cassie and The Lights, The Cambridge Footlights, and ComedySportz.

FILMING RATES FOR EDINBURGH FRINGE SHOWS

• One camera footage only (roaming or standard wide): £40
• One camera basic edit (roaming or standard wide with titles/credits): £45
• Two cameras footage only (roaming shot and standard wide): £60
• Two cameras with edit (roaming shot and standard wide): £140
• Three cameras with edit (two roaming cameras and standard wide): £200

We can also cut together a separate 60 second trailer for further promotion post-fringe for an additional fee (£60 for trailer with two revisions).

PHOTOGRAPHY RATES FOR EDINBURGH FRINGE SHOWS

We can also provide a separate event photography service. We charge £40 per show/street event for a minimum of 25 edited photos in full colour (Black & White available on request).

GETTING YOUR FOOTAGE/PHOTOS

We shoot in High Definition on Canon c100s and Canon 5ds with a mix of manned and static cameras. We have the ability to record live sound and also take sound from the audio desk where possible. We have full public liability insurance – more details below.

We aim to complete video edits as quickly as possible, normally within one to two weeks. You will receive a copy of the edit via file transfer. You may also purchase additional DVD copies priced £6 each. We can also provide the final edit on a USB stick for an additional £10 (or free if you provide your own USB stick). Unfortunately, we are unable to post DVDs or USBs abroad so can only offer a file transfer to artists visiting from outside the UK if the edit is to be completed after you return home from the Fringe.

Photo edits will be sent to you within 48 hours of your show (often much earlier/same day) via File Transfer.
